You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving customers in-person and building a thriving local client base. Role is non-exempt and onsite, requiring dedication to community outreach, exceptional customer service, and proficiency with tax software.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships in the local community.
• Drive community engagement and locally grow TurboTax client base.
• Assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail locations.
