Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, delivering full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building local business.

You will serve as a community ambassador, engage with prospects, grow your client base, and provide exceptional customer experiences through clear guidance on tax topics and using TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax customers, including complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional, empathetic service.
