Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide.

You will work on-site serving in-person customers, providing full-service tax return preparation and advice, using TurboTax products, and building local relationships. As a trusted advisor, you’ll help clients optimize refunds, share tax tips, and support ongoing community outreach.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience
• Active PTIN to file taxes
• State licenses or bonds as required
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state returns

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax customers
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance
• Deliver personalized, clear explanations using everyday language
