Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join us as TurboTax Retail Experts at our Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You’ll work on-site, serving in-person customers with full tax preparation, advice, and software support.

You'll grow TurboTax’s client base, participate in local marketing, and help connect with the community while delivering accurate tax solutions in everyday language. Ability to work weekends and wear a uniform is required.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite 20+ hours per week in TurboTax locations.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador in the community, generating leads and growing client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for customers, including complex situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
