Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in on-site TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and trusted relationships.

The role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and collaboration with marketing to grow TurboTax presence in your area. On-site hours require at least 20 hours per week, with typical retail schedules.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.
