Intuit, a leader in financial software, is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax prep, advice, and support, helping customers navigate complex returns.

You’ll build relationships in your community, drive local marketing, and grow your client base while upholding Intuit’s standards. Must have or obtain PTIN, 3+ years of tax preparation, and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future taxes.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via TurboTax tools.
• Grow client base through local outreach and marketing collaboration.
