Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide tax preparation services, advice, and software support while building local client relationships.

This role emphasizes community engagement, in-person service, and a strong customer-first approach. A valid tax license, PTIN, and at least 3 years of preparation experience are required, with bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses/certificates or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and growing client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex returns.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
