Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support using TurboTax products. You will build trust with local clients, grow the customer base, and provide an exceptional in-store experience while aligning with Intuit’s mission and policies.

This role requires presence in a retail environment and a willingness to engage with the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license is required.
• PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist customers in-person using TurboTax products and related software.
• Develop local client relationships and expand the TurboTax client base in the community.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to drive customer outreach and loyalty.
• Maintain professional appearance and represent TurboTax in-store settings.
