Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the U.S. You will provide full tax return preparation, advice, and software support while growing the local client base and building lasting relationships.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to engage with customers as a trusted advisor. Experience with tax preparation software and CRM tools is essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and deep knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador by representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience through professionalism and genuine client care.
