Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with tax preparation, advice, and software support at our local TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will engage with customers face-to-face, provide personalized tax solutions, and drive local client growth while representing a trusted brand. This role requires tax expertise, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Must have strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax regulations.
• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state returns per tax season using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Build relationships to grow the local client base and drive repeat business.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain tax concepts in clear, everyday language.
• Collaborate with marketing and the broader retail team to enhance community presence.
