Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join on-site teams at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support to help clients maximize refunds and minimize liabilities while growing your local clientele.

You'll engage with customers, perform discovery sessions, and participate in local marketing to build trust and drive repeat business in a front-facing retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with tax-prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses/certificates.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 tax returns prep (federal+state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite retail work 20+ hours/week;May vary by demand.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• holistic tax advisory experience
• Must wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience

Responsibilities

• Give hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax prep for customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan tax.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using govt sites and tools.
• Represent TurboTax in local community and marketing efforts.
• Build long-term relationships and grow client base.
