Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax prep for individuals and business entities, acting as the main point of contact for clients and delivering tax strategy and preparation with personalized guidance. You will work with a team of bookkeeping specialists as needed, support onsite in a retail environment, and participate in local community outreach to grow TurboTax

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065 and/or 1120-S) for 20+ clients per season using commercial tax software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience (min. 30 returns/year) in a tax practice or retail setting.
• Bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver proactive tax planning guidance.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll and other specialists to deliver seamless service.
