Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and all business entities, offering expert tax advice and proactive planning in a friendly, in-person setting.

You’ll own client relationships as the primary point of contact, collaborate with a team of bookkeeping specialists when needed, and help grow TurboTax presence in your local community while

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent federal/state business tax return preparation (1065/1120-S) for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience (≥30 returns/year).
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willing to upskill and become a QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience with business tax returns and year-round tax advisory services.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Develop relationships and deliver tax strategy and tax preparation services within the Intuit ecosystem, including cross-sell of related services.
• Assist with bookkeeping, payroll, and related tasks with support from bookkeeping specialists.
• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and lead outreach efforts.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit’s video tools.
