Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts in TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. This role focuses on full-service tax preparation for consumers and small businesses, with a strong emphasis on building lasting client relationships and expanding local market presence.

You will work on-site, provide expert tax guidance, and collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to deliver comprehensive

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients per season using commercial software.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with at least 30 returns per year in a tax practice or retail setting.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem by identifying opportunities to introduce clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and other services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and supporting marketing efforts.
• Be onsite at a TurboTax store in the United States, working a minimum 20 hours per week.
