Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, act as primary advisor, and own client relationships in a friendly front‑facing retail setting.

You will collaborate with bookkeeping specialists as needed, grow the local TurboTax client base, and deliver proactive tax guidance using TurboTax software, while representing Intuit in the

Qualifications

• 3+ years of federal and state business tax return preparation (1065 and/or 1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with at least 30 returns per tax year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge and willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax consumer and business clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Develop a deep understanding of clients' financial pictures and offer tax planning guidance.
• Support bookkeeping, payroll, and related services through the team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools and outreach.
• Engage with the local community to grow TurboTax presence and client base.
