You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, offer proactive tax planning, and act as the primary client relationship owner within a collaborative team. You’ll connect clients with related services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning, while promoting Intuit resources and local community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ tax seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per season.
• 3+ seasons of business tax preparation for 20+ clients per season.
• Bookkeeping knowledge or willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Must have or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for both individuals and business clients.
• Develop deep understanding of clients' financials to offer proactive tax planning and comprehensive solutions.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping specialists to provide seamless service across tax, bookkeeping, and payroll.
• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, building relationships and driving client loyalty in the community.
