Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking dedicated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will perform full-service tax preparation for individuals and all business entities, serve as the primary contact, and guide clients through tax strategy and planning while leveraging Intuit resources to expand local reach. As a frontline TurboTax Expert, you will collaborate with bookkeeping and payroll specialists, build long-term client relationships, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns (1065/1120-S) for 20+ clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience with 30 returns per year.
• Knowledge of bookkeeping is required; QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification is desirable.
• Experience providing year-round tax guidance for small businesses.
• Willingness to obtain state licenses/certifications.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Deliver tax strategy, planning services, and software support.
• Own the customer relationship and deliver a seamless cross-service experience.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and other specialists as needed.
• Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and local marketing.
