Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities and serve as the primary advisor, delivering tax strategy and personalized guidance in a community-focused role. This on-site role emphasizes building long-term client relationships, expanding TurboTax services locally, and collaborating with bookkeeping and payroll specialists to ensure

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent federal/state business tax returns experience for at least 20 clients per season.
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation with at least 30 returns per tax year.
• General bookkeeping knowledge; willingness to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor.
• Experience in advising/business tax returns; state licenses or bonds may be required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite retail work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for consumers and business clients.
• Develop client relationships, delivering tax strategy and planning guidance.
• Promote additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit tools.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
