Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations as year-round Business Tax Experts. You will deliver full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, provide proactive tax guidance, and connect clients with complementary Intuit services.

This on-site role emphasizes community engagement and local relationship building. You will work with a team of experts to manage tax planning, bookkeeping, and software support while growing

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for multiple clients
• 3 seasons of personal tax preparation experience, 30+ returns per year
• Familiarity with bookkeeping and willing to upskill to QuickBooks ProAdvisor

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients
• Own the client relationship and deliver tax strategy and tax preparation services
• Collaborate with bookkeeping staff for payroll and day-to-day tasks when needed
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals
