Job summary

Intuit seeks highly motivated year-round Business Tax Experts to join TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation for individuals and business entities, serve as the primary contact, and deliver personalized guidance within Intuit’s ecosystem.

You’ll work on-site with a team, help grow the local TurboTax client base, and represent the brand in the community while using Intuit tools to support clients’ financial goals.

Qualifications

• Strong business tax preparation experience with federal/state returns for various entities.
• Experience with personal tax prep and business advisory is preferred.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.
• Willingness to work onsite at TurboTax locations (retail/flagship).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for consumer and business clients.
• Develop client relationships and deliver tax strategy and planning guidance.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and accounting specialists to support clients.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via virtual tools.
• Act as a local TurboTax ambassador and grow the client base.
