Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on‑site Maintenance Technician in Michigan to service apartments and common areas. You will diagnose and repair building systems, handle make‑ready tasks, and perform preventative maintenance to meet safety and appearance standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 2 years of maintenance experience, and relevant certifications. A valid driver’s license and EPA refrigeration certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of property maintenance experience.
• May require HVAC and related licenses/certifications.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems and equipment per policies and safety standards.
• Complete maintenance requests and preventative tasks to keep units and common areas functional.
• Perform make-ready inspections and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document work and track materials, inventory, and safety compliance.
• Support grounds and facilities upkeep, including cleaning and repairs.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and report incidents promptly.
