Job summary

Greystar is seeking a maintenance technician to perform repairs, coordinate make-ready tasks for vacant units, and ensure property standards. You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and manage vendor coordination, inventory, and safety compliance.

A high school diploma is required, with 2 years of maintenance experience; EPA refrigerant certifications preferred. On-site role with strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or related experience and/or training.
• 2 years minimum experience in property management maintenance or related trade.
• May require HVAC certifications and licenses.
• Proactive and self-motivated with ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepare vacant homes for leasing and new move-ins; inspect, schedule vendors, and order supplies.
• Access materials and equipment from maintenance; track usage and re-order as needed.
• Complete documentation for service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting as needed.
