Essex Property Trust is seeking a Community Relations Representative in Fountain Valley, CA. This on-site role focuses on delivering exceptional resident experiences, managing communications, and supporting community management operations.

You will interact with residents daily, assist with move-in and move-out processes, and coordinate with the Community Management Team to ensure high customer satisfaction. A strong service mindset and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents.
• Manage communications via the CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in/move-out processes and paperwork.
• Address resident questions in-person and virtually.
• Respond to portfolio tasks and calls within required response times.
