Job summary

Essex Property Trust, Inc. is seeking a Community Relations Representative in Chula Vista, CA. The role focuses on resident relations, coordinating move-in/out activities, and providing high levels of customer service in person at the office, with some virtual communication when needed.

You will manage inquiries in the CRM, stay knowledgeable about the portfolio, support community operations, and assist with occasional resident events. A five-day on-site schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site five days per week and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary in-person contact for residents and prospective residents.
• Manage communications and inquiries via the CRM system.
• Facilitate move-in and move-out processes and related paperwork; verify ID and assist residents.
