Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in IT supporting SMB networks.
• Experience with Windows XP to Windows 10 and Windows Server 2003–2019.
• Experience with antivirus solutions and malware cleanup.
• Experience with network devices: switches, firewalls, routers.
• Strong networking fundamentals and problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused.
