Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Edison, New Jersey. You will perform on-site IMAC, break-fix, and desk-side support for a strategic client, delivering strong customer service and proactive guidance.

This role requires daily on-site work, rotating on-call/holidays, and occasional weekend support. Vaccination may be required per law. Experience with Windows, Office, and IT security tools is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of desktop support experience.
• Hands-on with workstation hardware and component replacement.
• Experience with Windows OS, MS Office, antivirus, and browsers.

Responsibilities

• Configure and repair desktop/notebook equipment and peripherals.
• Provide on-site customer service for computing functionality and diagnostics.
• Advise on preventive maintenance to improve performance.
• Diagnose and resolve product issues using advanced tools.
• Perform break-fix on desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• IMAC installations and maintenance of hardware and software.
• Manage tickets and workloads in the ticketing system.
