Intelligent Technical Solutions is seeking a Network Administrator to provide onsite and remote IT support, ensuring clients receive high-quality service. You will handle workstation, printer, server, and network issues while participating in on-call rotations.

The role requires five years of IT experience, expertise in Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting, virtualization, MSP familiarity, and cloud skills with M365/Azure. A valid driver’s license for client visits is required.

Formación

• Five years of IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Mac OS troubleshooting.
• Server 2016 through 2025.
• VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization.
• M365 and Azure experience.
• Firewall rules, VLAN configuration, access point support and VPN tunnels.
• Strong knowledge of network architecture and troubleshooting.
• MSP experience is desirable.
• Active network certifications preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve workstation OS issues with minimal assistance.
• Troubleshoot printer issues and standard business applications."
• Handle line-of-business apps (SAGE ERP, QuickBooks) with vendor support as needed.
• Resolve server issues and network problems.
• Assist with virtualization and cloud services.
• Provide on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend support.
