The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will drive candidate engagement, conduct interviews, extend offers, and ensure a positive experience that maximizes client delivery against KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Anticipate local talent market and plan workforce pipeline.
• Attend to all candidates contacting onsite and provide accurate information.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meets recruitment KPIs and SLA targets.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and matches candidates to client needs.
• Conducts searches and analyzes results to meet inventory needs.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching.
• Complete onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Maintain candidate records and pipeline for future requests.
• Develops recruiting strategies and attracts top talent.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates.
• Facilitates interviews and candidate preparation.
• Perform prescreening in compliance with laws and policies.
• Create candidate executive summaries for submissions.
