• Interact with candidates in person or online with clear info about Adecco.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Meet recruitment KPIs and SLAs.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and assess fit.
• Screen candidates for qualification match and client needs.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for resumes.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking database.
