The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the primary liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment. You will ensure satisfaction by nurturing relationships, communicating benefits, and meeting KPI targets that reflect client delivery excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required with 3–5 years in service provider environments.
• Strong organizational, multitasking and customer service skills are essential.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings and manages candidate communications.
• Builds a talent pipeline and conducts interviews to qualify fit.
• Negotiates offers, coordinates onboarding, and tracks KPI metrics.
• Maintains candidate records and supports client delivery objectives.
