Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates throughout recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by building strong relationships, driving performance, and meeting KPI targets.

Responsibilities include posting jobs, pipeline development, candidate coaching, interviewing, offer extension, and record maintenance across client programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Preferred 2–5 years in the service provider industry.
• Proven customer service and recruitment-related experience.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and plan workforce to ensure pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes and interview preparation.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates.
• Develop candidate executive summaries for resume submissions.
• Maintain candidate records in tracking database.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation.
• Facilitate interviews with candidates and clients.
• Meet recruitment KPI and SLA metrics.
