Job summary

Adecco Group in the United States seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle, ensuring satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients and meeting KPI metrics. This role supports performance delivery for Adecco’s clients across the lifecycle.

You will recruit, interview, extend offers, and coordinate onboarding while ensuring compliance with federal, state and local regulations.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Must have excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with ability to learn new software and maintain candidate relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and builds workforce planning strategy for quality talent.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes per client requirements.
• Builds and maintains candidate pipelines for future client needs.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rate.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients.
• Conducts candidate screenings ensuring compliance with laws and company policies.
• Maintains candidate records in tracking database.
