Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to serve as the liaison for candidates and associates through the recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. This role focuses on ensuring satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

You will oversee posting administration, pipeline building, candidate interviews, and adherence to KPI metrics to deliver top-notch client service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Proven track record of customer satisfaction and strong working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate pipeline.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and align with client requirements.
• Ensures compliance with local laws and company policies in prescreening processes.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Extends offers and coordinates onboarding and assignment processes.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in tracking databases.
