Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison and point of contact through recruitment, onboarding, and assignment cycles. The role focuses on maintaining strong relationships with candidates and delivering client satisfaction through KPI/SLAs.

You will manage posting administration, candidate outreach, interviews, and on-boarding processes while ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of equivalent work experience preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understands local talent market and plans workforce pipeline.
• Responds to candidates in person or online with accurate information about Adecco, offers, and training programs.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates; conducts behavioral interviews.
• Screen candidates and assess qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Perform second-level screenings ensuring compliance with laws and policies.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submittals.
• Maintains candidate/associate records in the database.
