Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison and employer agent through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will guide candidates from posting to placement, ensuring a smooth, respectful experience and clear information about offers and training.

You will meet KPI and SLA targets to deliver excellent client service, build strong candidate pipelines, and support colleagues and clients across this global staffing organization.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to learn new software and manage databases.
• Strong candidate relationship building and networking.

Responsabilités

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring information about Adecco, offers, guidance, and training is clear.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Complies with and executes required recruitment and submission KPI.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placements.
• Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match and cultural fit.
• Develops candidate executive summaries for resume submittal.
• Maintain and update candidate/associate records in the tracking database.
