Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as liaison through recruitment, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong candidate relationships, drive KPI adherence, and help ensure excellent client delivery.

The role requires building a robust talent pipeline, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through onboarding while meeting performance metrics and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• 2–5 years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and strong relationships with colleagues and management.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication and customer service skills.
• Process- and KPI-oriented with ability to learn new software.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate networks.
• High energy, results-driven and solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Understand local talent market and plan workforce pipeline.
• Assist candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching.
• Conduct behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine placement options.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliance with policies.
