Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison across recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction and meeting KPI/SLA metrics for excellent client delivery.

The role requires coordinating candidate postings, interviews, and onboarding while building talent pipelines and executing strategic recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Proven track record in customer satisfaction and successful working relationships with colleagues and management.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with both passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine the best placement options.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview preparation, and coaching for specific roles.
• Complete candidate hiring/onboarding processes in accordance with client and organizational requirements.
