Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to act as the employment liaison for candidates/associates, managing recruiting, onboarding and assignment processes. You will build strong relationships, ensure satisfaction, and meet KPI/SLA targets to deliver exceptional client service.

The role involves administering job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and coordinating onboarding in collaboration with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years of equivalent work experience in service/provider industry is preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate pipelines.
• Attend to all candidates that contact the onsite, ensuring accurate information and guidance.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Performs behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine fit.
• Negotiates compensation and billing rates with clients and candidates.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and customers and conducts debriefs.
