Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Supervisor to manage recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle for candidates and associates. You will act as the liaison, ensuring satisfaction and meeting KPI metrics to deliver excellent client service.

You will recruit, interview, coach candidates, and maintain a strong pipeline while collaborating with clients to fulfill roles and optimize staffing strategies. The role emphasizes relationship-building and process excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 3–5 years of equivalent work experience.
• Two to five years in the service provider industry preferred.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
• Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rate.
• Facilitates interviews with candidates and clients and prepares candidates.
• Maintains candidate records and builds a strong candidate pipeline.
