Adecco Group seeks an Onsite Supervisor to act as the liaison for candidates and associates through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle. You will ensure satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships, recognizing performance, and reinforcing the value of working with Adecco.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of equivalent work experience.
• 2-5 years in the service provider industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison and contact point through recruiting, onboarding, and assignment lifecycle.
• Administers job postings in various systems and maintains pipelines of candidates.
• Conducts behavioral interviews and pre-screenings to qualify candidates.
• Assists candidates with resumes, interview prep, and coaching for roles.
• Builds relationships with passive and active candidates and ensures a quality candidate experience.
• Extends offers and negotiates compensation and bill rates for assignments.
• Maintains candidate/associate records and prepares executive summaries for submittals.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws and company policies during prescreening.
• Tracks and reports on recruitment KPIs and service levels to meet client delivery objectives.
