Job summary

Strong interview, resume coaching, and candidate assessment skills.

Responsibilities

Administers job postings in various systems and maintains candidate records.
Builds and maintains relationships with passive and active candidates.
Conducts behavioral interviews to qualify candidates and determine best placement options.
Assesses candidates for qualification match, cultural fit, and client requirements.
Conducts searches using Adecco tools and the internet to build inventory.
Facilitates candidate onboarding and offers negotiations with clients.
