Job summary

Dexian, a leading talent and technology solutions provider, seeks a 6-month events coordinator to manage upfront logistics for virtual and in-person events in Chicago. You will coordinate virtual interviews, breakout rooms on Zoom, RSVPs, travel, expenses, and day-of materials.

You will build schedules in Excel, manage candidates in the ATS, process expense reports, and support the team with additional projects to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage upfront logistics for virtual events; coordinate breakout rooms on Zoom for virtual interviews.
• Send invites and manage RSVPs using events system.
• Coordinate logistics for in-person events: book rooms, AV services, catering, and materials.
• Handle candidate travel and expense reimbursement; answer ad-hoc questions.
