Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking an Onsite Recruiter/Warehouse Coordinator to support daily operations at the client site in Ohio. The role manages staffing, onboarding, payroll, and attendance while maintaining strong relationships with the client and associates.

You will handle employee issues, coordinate with vendors and client partners, deliver onboarding, run reports, participate in safety meetings, and ensure SLAs are met. Strong customer service and process discipline are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Customer service experience handling client communication.
• Data management experience.
• HR experience preferred.
• Familiarity with a heavy process-oriented environment.
• Able to multi-task, adapt priorities, in a high-pressure environment.
• Understand client goals and how they measure success.

Responsibilities

• Act as first contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion.
• Coordinates resolution of all-workforce issues with vendors and client partners.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee prior to start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges and escalates issues.
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
