Job summary

Unknown is seeking a Junior Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to support hiring for hourly manufacturing roles across our Cincinnati operations. You will manage sourcing, screenings, interviews, and onboarding to ensure an exceptional candidate and new hire experience.

You will coordinate the bi-weekly two-day orientation program, partnering with leaders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1+ year of recruiting, talent acquisition, HR for manufacturing or industrial roles.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and leaders.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting onboarding and new hire orientation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical roles.
• Coordinate interviews, candidate screenings, and hiring activities.
• Manage onboarding logistics and bi-weekly new hire orientation sessions.
• Maintain recruitment records and report on metrics like time-to-fill and 90-day retention.
