Job summary

Manpower is seeking a Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator to join our Human Resources team supporting plant operations, hiring managers, and new hire onboarding initiatives in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical roles, screen candidates, coordinate orientation, and track metrics, while ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year of recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or logistics environments.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and business leaders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical positions (e.g., Production Operators, Process Operators, Maintenance Technicians).
• Source, screen, and coordinate candidates through the hiring process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
• Partner with HR, hiring managers, and plant leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate logistics for the bi-weekly two-day new hire orientation program.
• Track recruiting metrics, maintain candidate records, and assist with Talent Acquisition and HR projects.
