Job summary

Peter Cremer North America LP is seeking an energetic Operations Junior Recruiter & Onboarding Coordinator in Cincinnati, OH. The role supports recruiting for hourly manufacturing and technical positions and coordinates a bi-weekly new hire orientation program.

You will partner with Plant HR Generalists and leaders to deliver a seamless onboarding experience, manage candidate communications, and track time-to-fill and other recruiting metrics in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating interviews and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruitment for hourly manufacturing and technical roles.
• Source candidates through job boards, referrals, social media, and schools.
• Screen candidates and coordinate interviews, plant visits, and offers.
• Coordinate bi-weekly new hire orientation and onboarding logistics.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and participate in special Talent Acquisition projects.
