Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source, screen, and place candidates for multiple clients in Kyle, TX. You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from job postings to onboarding, while delivering exceptional candidate experiences and meeting KPI targets.

You will build pipelines, conduct structured interviews, negotiate offers, and stay informed on market trends to address client needs effectively. Strong ATS and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, plus 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate and associate relationships.
• Knowledge of employment laws, ATS, and recruitment trends.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and recruiting for job orders across clients.
• Administers job postings in various systems and manages candidate communications.
• Conducts structured interviews and provides feedback on next steps.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of candidates to meet client needs.
• Assists with onboarding processes and client-specific recruitment plans.
• Stays informed on market trends and salary benchmarks.
