Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates for client job orders, manage the full lifecycle, and ensure KPI/SLA performance while delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will build pipelines, conduct interviews, and partner with clients to define hiring needs and strategies.

Based in Texas, this onsite role requires strong communication, ATS proficiency, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to fill roles efficiently and compliantly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with Adecco Group North America or staffing/human resources solutions is desirable.
• Ability to build and maintain strong candidate relationships and networks.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates to fill job orders for clients.
• Administer job postings in various systems and respond to candidates onsite.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide feedback and next steps.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates to anticipate client needs.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans aligned with client hiring needs.
• Coordinate onboarding processes and offer management activities.
