Job summary

The Adecco Group in the United States is seeking an Onsite Recruiter to source and recruit candidates, manage the full recruiting and onboarding lifecycle, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience for diverse clients.

You will build pipelines, conduct structured interviews, meet KPIs, and collaborate with client teams to align hiring needs with market trends. Strong ATS and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong candidate and associate relationships and networks.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws, rules, and regulations.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting trends.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Recruiting for job orders and client accounts.
• Administers job postings in various systems.
• Conducts structured interviews and provides candidate feedback.
• Builds pipelines and maintains candidate relationships for future opportunities.
• Facilitates onboarding and client briefings; negotiates offers when needed.
• Develops local recruiting plans and strategies with hiring managers.
• Maintains awareness of market salaries and competitor benefits.
