Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking an Onsite Recruiter in Cedar Park, TX to source and recruit candidates for various clients and manage the full onboarding lifecycle. You will partner with client teams to define hiring needs and deploy tailored recruiting strategies.

You will conduct interviews, build pipelines, utilize ATS tools, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience while meeting performance KPIs and SLAs. This role emphasizes proactive sourcing and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates and fill job orders with focus on KPI targets.
• Administer job postings and respond to candidates clearly about Adecco and programs.
• Conduct structured interviews and provide candidate feedback.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for client needs.
• Act as SME on Adecco tools and recruitment processes.
• Negotiate offers and facilitate client interviews and debriefs.
